“I've stayed here too many times to count, it's close to airport and our plant. Shuttle will take me to both those. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Workout room is one of the best I've seen...lots of space and equipment. Food in the hotel is edible but just ok. La Mansion restaurant next door is awesome and will deliver to room.”

“This is an industrial area so not much sight seeing but the amenities around it made it great for my business trip. They even helped us with transportation services and let me tell you we hired whom they recommended and the cost and service was like nothing else I have experienced. They drove us 3 hours away and waiting for us to finish our meetings and took us to local places so that we can get some tourist time in and the cost was amazing. This hotel was clean and staff was friendly and the breakfast spread was WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend.”

“Booked two nights specifically requesting a bathtub. Celebrated a birthday the first night. Staff was kind to put together a late night table for us with confetti and a happy birthday sign. They also made a nice plate with cake. Food was good. Only ate half to save some for later. Asked it to be brought up to the room since our hands were full with our drinks. Asked two people and both agreed. Over an hour later I went to check and was told it had been tossed. Went to take a bath the first night and the tub drain was broken. They fixed it the next day but I'd someone specifically requests something like that, better be sure it's working. Had my dog with me. The pet area was not maintained, overgrown and cut off from the hotel. The doors connecting the pet area to the pool and lobby were both locked and was told I had to exit the hotel and walk around. There's a nice gym. Equipment worked. The AC was set too hot but locked and unable to change it making working out unpleasant. The way the hotel is situated in the highway, driving from the north is easy but from the south or leaving to go north is a lot of hassle and backtracking. There is one row of shaded parking. When the sun comes up, both days they places cones in each parking spot preventing anyone from using them. And only those spots! I saw no work being done best those spots to justify blocking them both days only while the sun was out. I did use the outdoor pool for a short time before a group of teen girls literally jumped in next to me (there was plenty of space to jump in away from me). It's not heated and wasn't the cleanest either but it was usable. Upon arrival, was missing shampoo in the room and asked for an extra toothpaste and they had none both nights. Overall it wasn't the best and wasn't the worst experience, especially for the price. It's a half hour from Aguascalientes so doubt I'd return.”
